Our process begins with a discovery phase, including a detailed questionnaire, a review of your IT spending, and clarification calls.
This will allow us to tailor a half-a-day in-person or online strategy session with you (and your tech team if you have one), where we'll evaluate your current technology adoption, identify most promising technology investments, estimate benefits, and create a technology roadmap.
