I have been helping clients develop their IT strategy and run digital transformation for over 20 years, and honed my skills at McKinsey&Company (~15 years), focusing on bridging technology and business.

Over the years I have developed deep IT subject-matter expertise and strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

Having advised many law firms as a management consultant, I became captivated by the potential of technology within the legal sector. The significant opportunities for technological business improvement were striking, prompting me to explore this area further. I was also surprised by the industry's unmet technological needs, which ultimately inspired me to leave McKinsey and address this gap directly by starting ITLegalus.

I serve my clients directly and give them my undivided attention. I also draw on the deep expertise of my partners, who focus on distinct facets of legal technology. I've cultivated collaborative partnerships with highly skilled offshore development teams in both Eastern Europe and India. These strategic alliances are instrumental in building solutions for law firms. Leveraging these partnerships helps me cost-effectively deploy and customize tools, design and implementation workflows and integrate systems for most optimal results.
